This Kamloops family now has the extra room they’ve been dreaming of! We built a seamless addition onto their existing home, matching the roofline, adding LP siding, white trim, a sliding door entry, and new steps.

Commercial Renovation completed

———— 🔨 ————

Recently completed this commercial office addition for a local chiropractic clinic in Kamloops, BC. This project was a true test of coordination and scheduling. We had a tight deadline and working after hours, our team pulled through and renovated this space in two and a half weeks.

The Design and Build included adding two new office spaces, relocating a door and massive floating shelf, increasing the footprint of the storage room, upgraded insulation, t bar dropped ceilings, new doors/mouldings/hardware, upgraded electrical and mechanical, new drywall, fresh paint and flooring repairs.

Thank you to for the opportunity to upgrade your business space, our dedicated and hardworking designer, subcontractors and the Hodges Homes Crew for pulling some late night shifts to complete this project on schedule and on budget 🔨

Westsyde Deck Project

———— 🔨 ————

We recently completed this brand new deck project in Westsyde. We started by tearing down the old roof and framing, installed engineered screw piles rated for municipal snow loads and a hot tub.
We framed new drop beams & joists then planed them down accordingly, we installed cut n seal, joist guard, blocking, backing and flashing.
We installed Trex composite decking, structural straps and black abyss LP Smart trim with colour match touch ups.
Our team also framed two sets of stairs with a riser board detail, privacy screens with shutters, two gates to gain access under the deck, black regal railings and a diamond inlay with border details.

Next up: Timber frame roof in the Spring and a lower deck to wrap around the pool☀️

North Shore bathroom renovation completed

Recently upgraded this bathroom for another happy client in Kamloops, BC.

For this project we ripped everything down to studs and completed a full rebuild. The layout didn’t change but we upgraded the insulation/vapour barrier, new framing, new plumbing and electrical, new aqua board and tile backer, new paint, new flooring, new tile, new door, added a shower glass sliding door, new fixtures/hardware and moldings.

North Shore basement suite renovation completed

————🔨 ————

Showcasing on this project; a cost effective face lift can vastly upgrade the space when executed properly.

For this basement suite we removed a non load bearing wall and reconfigured the layout to accommodate two new bedrooms with closets. Converted an old laundry chute into a pantry for the kitchen. We added new T bar ceiling where required, upgraded the flooring to a glue down vinyl plank, upgraded electrical and smoke detectors, fresh paint, new appliances, new countertop, upgraded the plumbing, new interior doors, new fixtures/hardware and mouldings.
