Nice to get back to clinton to get my work finished up here......nicer that its here still because damn that fire was literally on the doorstep......sad news the waterwheel is gone I used to love as a kid driving by....happy news, the boys (and ladies) hardwork meant something and this town got saved for sure by it!!!!!

Do you have an old ass toilet?!?!? Maybe thinking about finally kicking it to the curb?!?! Did you know that if you had pre 90s toilet a new high efficiency saves you 10,000+ gallons a year. And if you have a semi old ass toilet a new high efficiency water closet will save you 3-5000 gallons per year oooooph!!!!! Quit flushing your money down the drain!!!! Just a couple things done this week. Finally finished this outdoor tile countertop for a BBQ for a lovely client. And diagnosed and fixed this kohler steam generator after a couple tries lol. You dont see a whole lot of either of these things in kamloops here so it was nice to work on them both!!!!

Added an accessible valve for the clients outdoor BBQ and doing a little tiling as the old tile had all been popped off ...

A client had a tub that was on weak flooring and kept separating itself from the surround with only 3 screws holding the tub to the studs and a moldy floor underneath. After gently taking off the surround and removing everything to gain floor access we resupported it. Reframed and either cut the mold out or neutralized it and put it all back together again. The previous owner tried to do it himself and ill give him props for the attempt but sometimes you need a trained eye on these types of things!!!!!!
