· Build detailed pricing and schedules. Develop labour, equipment, material, subcontractor, and indirect costs, supported by realistic construction schedules and resource plans.
· Manage estimate reviews and handover. Coordinate supplier and subcontractor pricing, identify risks and opportunities, clearly document assumptions and exclusions, and transfer the estimate basis to project teams following award.

Job Details:
· Work schedule: Project schedules and operational requirements will dictate working arrangements. Hours, schedules, and any rotations are to be determined and may vary between assignments and project phases.
· Travel and accommodations: Requirements and arrangements will be determined by the applicable project and may vary throughout the assignment. Details will be confirmed as part of the engagement and project arrangements.

Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour residential school Survivors, remember the children who never returned home, and acknowledge the ongoing impacts on their families and communities.

As an Indigenous-owned company, ROGA carries reconciliation into how we work. Our Indigenous and non-Indigenous employees share a role in this work: listening, learning, challenging racism, and building respectful relationships with the First Nations’ whose territories we work in.

In our industry, economic reconciliation means respecting Indigenous rights and supporting Indigenous Peoples’ participation in decisions and opportunities that affect their lands and futures, in line with the TRC’s Call to Action.

ROGA connects our work through shared ownership with several Nation partners, revenue-sharing partnerships, Indigenous employment and contracting opportunities. These relationships require ongoing care, transparency, accountability, and a willingness to listen to what our partners identify as meaningful, lasting benefits for their communities.

Today is also a reminder that this work must continue throughout the year. We encourage our employees, contractors, partners, and clients to learn our history, listen to Survivors, and the legacy of residential schools, and consider how that learning can shape their actions.

Every Child Matters.
