Speech Scholarship Applications Now Open!
We are now accepting applications for our speech therapy scholarship program. Services will take place in Timmins, ON beginning the week of May 4th. This scholarship includes a Speech and Language assessment and services until the end of June. Additional scholarships will be offered over the summer.

If your child needs speech and language therapy and is having difficulty accessing services, please consider applying. We appreciate you sharing this opportunity with anyone you know who may benefit!

🌼 5 ways to get your plumbing ready for Spring 🌳

1️⃣ Gutters: cleaning out your gutters and downspouts will prevent water damage, mold growth, and costly leaks 💦 .

2️⃣ Hoses and Hose Bibs: Check outdoor faucets for drips and leaks‼️ Pipes could have frozen over the winter ❄️ and may need to be repaired.

3️⃣ Sump Pumps: Spring can be very rainy ☔️ Make sure your sump pump is working by pouring some water in it to check the pump.

4️⃣ Water Heater: Make sure the temperature is set to not higher than 170 •F. Also, flush your water heater to avoid sediment buildup.

5️⃣ Sprinklers: Check your irrigation system for clogs, leaks, and low pressure. If the water supply pipe has frozen🥶, it could’ve expanded and may have cracked.

6️⃣Add a strainer: Avoid clogging pipes by adding a strainer. The strainer catches material that clogs drains and can be extremely costly to fix.
