Another year comes to a close for our three family owned and operated businesses. The company that started it all, Bill’s Robinson Enterprises Excavating (est. 1990), followed by Cookstown Antique Market (purchased from Bill’s parents in 2017, originally est. 1991) and most recently Glass Manor (est. 2020).

We have much gratitude for all of the support we receive from our family, staff and friends to keep these entities running smoothly.

We had a wonderful celebration last night, on the winter solstice no less, enjoying deliciously prepared food and service from Turn of Events and Catering, drinks and music!

This year our daughter and her husband blessed us with the birth our first grandchild, Emerson John, who made his debut last night. He received much adoration from everyone.

We are looking forward to a bit of rest in January, as well as planning time for 2025.

From all of us, to all of you, have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 🎄🌟

Happy to participate again this year in the annual Light Up Night parade here in Cookstown. It was our second year pulling the Santa float for Cookstown Antique Market. Many thanks to Tracey Smith-Spragg for donating her time, single handedly, putting together all the reindeer and to Warren, Rene & Bobbi driving the dump truck showcasing some of our equipment. My daughter, Abigail of Absolute Landscape Designs also participated, with her dog, Hartley (the kids loved seeing him in the RTV). This event is put on every year by the Cookstown & District Chamber of Commerce. A great evening for all 🎄

As we were getting organized for our annual staff Christmas photo, I couldn’t help but feel the gratitude to be surrounded by good people, who give their all each time we work together. I am blessed to be surrounded by each one of them. I am also grateful to be able to offer a fun evening of fantastic food from Turn of Events and Catering Thanks Alison and Chef Migz and to enjoy live music from local artist ‘Patty and Paul’ It was a really fun evening. Merry Christmas 🎄
