Last week, NWP hosted an employee-funded BBQ fundraiser, and we’re so proud to share that together, we raised an incredible $1,677! 💙

This total was made possible through generous contributions from our employees, with NWP matching those donations to help make an even bigger impact.

Today, we were so excited to deliver the funds to a local organization doing such important work in our community - Fostering Hope Animal Rescue Foundation. 🐾💙

The team at Fostering Hope was surprised and incredibly appreciative of the support, and we couldn’t be happier to put these donations toward such a meaningful cause.

WAY TO GO, NWP TEAM! 👏💙
Your generosity and willingness to give back truly makes a difference!

Pemamek - Revolutionizing pressure vessel manufacturing with robotic welding

In this video, we explore how NWP Industries, based in Alberta, Canada, is revolutionizing its pressure vessel manufacturing process with Pemamek’s robotic welding technology. Faced with the challenge of ensuring weld quality, reducing repetitive strain on workers, and staying competitive in the oil and gas sector, NWP invested in advanced welding automation.

After reviewing multiple providers, NWP chose Pemamek for their expertise and cutting-edge scanning and adaptive software. This technology allows precise nozzle welding by automatically adjusting weld deposition to fit the exact contour of each vessel. The result is weld quality and efficiency far beyond what manual welding can deliver.

What NWP has achieved:
50% faster nozzle welding with just one operator.
• Higher weld quality than traditional manual methods.
• Improved workplace safety and happier welders.
• Increased competitiveness in oil & gas manufacturing.
