About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our growing plumbing and gasfitting company. This role is essential in keeping daily operations running smoothly while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Scheduling service calls and dispatching technicians
• Managing emails and customer communications
• Invoicing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping support
• Organizing paperwork and maintaining digital files
• Assisting with permits, supplier orders, and job tracking
• Supporting management with day-to-day administrative tasks
Qualifications:
• Previous administrative experience (construction/trades experience is an asset)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Quickbooks (Connecteam experience is an asset)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, punctual, and dependable
