Here's a project I'll be starting in 2 weeks from now. I'm taking a week off next week . I think I'll need the rest. It's a rough one. 140 yrs old, 10ft ceilings with texture to delete, lots of cracks to repair. It's going to be a student rental, but I'll still do my best to make it look great. I've been a Drywall finisher for well over 25 years. Taping a new house hasn't been a challenge for a very long time. I do love a challenge

This has been my main focus sincthe end of March. Helen and I own this house, and we couldn't be more proud of our achievements. We gutted most of it. There were 8 foot ceilings underneath the 9 foot ceilings, so we tore them out, and removed some unnecessary interior walls to open it up. I built the kitchene island and I'm still putting the finishing touches on it. This house used to feel so small and boxy. The laundry room is now a beautiful 3rd bedroom and the laundry is being relocated to the large master bedroom closet. Upstairs angled ceilings are all skimmed smooth and angles straightened out. Still working on the upstairs bathroom, some finishing touches on the main floor, the backyard is a work in progress, and we will make the dungeon of a basement into a warm vibrant healing studio for Helen to work out of.

Here's a house I taped for some friends a couple of months ago. It's a brand new Home Hardware bungalow this was a real fun project. I'm not just a new home guy, I can make a 100yr old house look new, or still keep its age and character while just fixing what's necessary. I also do texture ceiling spray, and removal, lathe and plaster repairs, frame, board , and paint as well

Here's a stomp texture repair I did a few weeks ago. Sure, it's a different colour still. Homeowner will prime the whole ceiling, and you won't see it. I recommend smooth ceiling and some nice new pot lights, but this fit the budget better. I'm glad I could help.
