With the warm weather, there is a lot of water on the ice road. We will update after the weekend.

Ice Road Update:

It is passable for trucks and SUVs. However, due to the amount of slush and water on the ice road, it is not recommended for cars.

Ice Road Update: Open.

Today the guys have been focusing on opening the road and it is now passable. The road is narrow in some areas but they will continue widening it tomorrow. Please proceed with caution.

Ice Road Update: Open but is not recommended for small cars.
A new road was plowed around the slush area and is extremely rough. The bush road is narrow with high snow banks, and there are narrow sections on the ice road as well. Proceed with caution.

The guys have plowed a new road. The section of road when leaving town towards the islands is rough. They will be out periodically to continue scraping down the rough area. Please proceed with caution.
