Paris Meadows Subdivision

This 57.5-hectare development includes 309 residential lots, 14 commercial and industrial blocks, and homes for approximately 1,000 residents. Spanning eight streets, the project features a new pumping station and a 6-cell stormwater pond.

Using Coldstream Concrete’s standard precast products, the project included 3.5 km of reinforced concrete pipe (300–1800mm), multiple outlet headwalls, and over 350 precast structures, supporting reliable, long-term infrastructure.
