The material alone was on this one, All new beams/ Grk r4 fastners/ All new 10 inch 3/8 lags on cribbing.Dimensional on main deck / Decking on step up anchored with galvanized on shore beam piled.

We also offer both Exterior and Interior painting and staining services including deck and siding revitalization.On this deck revitalization we used Canadian made Sansin Pressure Plus that uses a special water based composition to turn old green pressure treated wood to modern Seinna stain color.We did a hard pressure wash followed by a complete sand then only one coat requirement. No more slippery moss or discolored wood.
