Finally took a video of my favourite frothed iced coffee I’ve been promising to share.

2 tbsps instant coffee (I prefer no name over allllll the many kinds I’ve trialed. Foams way better too)
2 tbsps brown sugar
2 tbsps boiling water
Froth until extra thick
Fill cup half full with ice
Add barista oat milk to ice (tastes better than cows milk in this specific drink)
Top with foamy coffee and a dash of Cinnamon

I make this every single afternoon it is so so good!
Enjoy! 🧊
