Net Zero vs. Net Zero Ready... what's the difference? 🌿🏡

A Net Zero Ready home is built to the same high-performance standards as a Net Zero home, featuring exceptional insulation, airtight construction, high-performance windows, and energy-efficient systems. The only thing it doesn't have yet is the renewable energy source, such as solar panels.

That's exactly what we built for these homeowners. They chose to build Net Zero Ready and took the final step by adding solar panels after moving in, transforming their home into a Net Zero home that produces as much clean energy as it consumes over the course of a year.

At Stratton Homes, we believe in building homes that are ready for the future, giving homeowners the flexibility to make the transition to Net Zero when the timing is right.
