Garage being converted into a bonus living space in lakeside!
After years of sitting on the ground the entire floor had to be redone due to rot before the lift! Double rim around the perimeter, new joists and subfloor… PLUS the best foundation available!
Many more years and memories to come for this building!

Another big thanks to Midnight towing

Cavendish Amphitheatre! Very interesting project to be a part of! Multiple levels and a variety of different piles throughout.
Happy to have this one on the resume!

Tired of your barn moving every year with frost? Constantly adjusting the blocks?
Well look no further! We have the right solution!

Midnight towing was quick to team up with us on this one! Excellent job, not a scratch left on the building! 3hrs later the barn had a permanent foundation and set back in place, no more moving up and down for this one!

Are you experiencing the same issue but with your cottage? We do those too!

Major renovation planned for this home!
Multiple new additions/decks. Smart move to remove and replace the old block foundation!!

What better way to protect your home renovations than to ensure the foundation is good!

Although I wasn’t focusing on the landscape in these photos, the customer had a bit of a green thumb and wanted his flower beds/trees untouched!!! So we provided a solution! Using our compact equipment and screw pile foundation system, we were able to complete the job without getting the heavy gear in to lift or move the building in order to install the new foundation!

If you or someone you know has a cottage where the foundation needs some love, please reach out anytime and we’d be happy to provide some alternative, permanent solutions!
