The successful candidate has the opportunity to grow with the company and enjoy knowledgeable, supportive leadership.

This posting is for a full-time, Carpenter.

We strive to work locally, but some travel is essential. The successful candidate will be resourceful, efficient, flexible and self-motivated.
You will actively collaborate and communicate with all team members, and you are expected to achieve project targets and maintain our quality standards.

Ideal candidate will have:
· Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in varied settings
· Safe and efficient work habits, proficiency with tools, and reading and understanding plans
· Minimum 5-year related trade experience (Preference give to individuals with red seal certification)
· A full range of skill from all facets of residential construction
· Experience with managing, coaching apprentice carpenters
· Strong communication skills with teammates and clientele
· A flexible approach to everything
· Creative problem solving skills
· A valid driver’s license and your own transportation, Driver abstract required for driving work vechiles
