With the heavy rainfall we've been receiving, it's important to check in on the basement! If you find water damage please don't hesitate to give us a call. We are here to help any way we can.

As temperatures rise, melting snow combined with spring rain can overwhelm drainage systems and cause water to enter basements. If flooding happens, acting quickly is key. First General is available 24/7 to respond, mitigate damage, and restore your property.

When temperatures rise, hidden damage can surface fast. Melting snow may look harmless, but it can lead to roof leaks, basement seepage, blocked drainage, and foundation cracks before you even notice.

If you’re seeing signs of water intrusion, don’t wait. Acting early can prevent costly structural damage and mould growth.

First General is available 24/7 when it matters most.
Protect your home now, not after the damage spreads.

Our hearts go out to our neighbors from Jasper and we are so grateful to all firefighters and emergency personnel working around the clock. Thank you and stay safe.

An evacuation order has been issued for Jasper and Jasper National Park, affecting 4,700 residents. Fires are spreading to the south and east of the community, with little rainfall expected. Dry lightning poses additional risks and could ignite new fires.

Our thoughts are with everyone impacted, and we're here to help those in need during this challenging time. Stay safe and follow local authorities for updates.
