Georgian Duct Cleaning, the leading professional ventilation system maintenance company in Central Ontario, is looking for a polite, friendly, well-organized outgoing person to assist in our busy office. The customer service position, requires an excellent telephone manner, computer and organization skills. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and emails, answering customer questions, providing quotations, scheduling and confirmation of appointments, data entry and other duties. Some customer service and or bookkeeping experience would be an asset.

We offer a competitive salary and a benefit package.

"After our disappointing first experience with a duct cleaning appointment 2 years ago, we were reluctant to try again, but on the recommendation of our furnace service for Georgian Duct Cleaning we decided to give it another try! Chris and Matt arrived before the scheduled time slot which impressed us! They were ready to start the service right away, their truck unit was neatly organized and the equipment impressive. They took great care to make sure our home was carefully protected from the large piping that was used to extract any duct waste! They worked methodically from the 3rd floor, 2nd floor to basement area. Every precaution was taken to make sure there was no mess in the house.
