🔨 HVAC Demo day is underway at Ultimate Upgrades’ newest project! 🏡

This home has been taken right back to the studs for a complete transformation. Today, we’re removing the entire HVAC system and starting fresh to ensure comfort, efficiency, and reliability for years to come.

As with many renovation projects, a few surprises were hiding behind the walls—including a completely clogged return air system and a cracked heat exchanger caused by restricted airflow. Issues like these are a great reminder of the importance of proper maintenance and airflow throughout your home.

We’re excited to be part of this incredible makeover and can’t wait to show you the finished result.

This kitchen got a fresh new look with a simple but impactful upgrade! 
 
✔️ All cabinetry was carefully refinished to bring new life to the existing cabinets 
✔️ Updated with brand new modern hardware for a clean, refreshed style 
✔️ Countertop was professionally refinished for a smooth, updated finish 
✔️ Installed a brand new double sink to improve both function and everyday use 
 
Sometimes the best transformations come from upgrading what you already have. This project gave the kitchen a fresh, modern feel without the need for a full renovation.

Another beautiful bathroom upgrade completed by Ultimate Upgrades!

This project started with an outdated space and some hidden plumbing issues, and we turned it into a clean, modern, and functional bathroom.
🔨 What we did:
• Removed the old cracked tile flooring and installed brand new luxury vinyl tile (100% waterproof) for durability and style
• Removed the old tub and surround while correcting underlying plumbing issues
• Installed a brand new tub with porcelain tile surround and modern fixtures
• Added fresh trim details and repaired the door to give the space a clean finished look

A solid upgrade that improves both the function and appearance of the bathroom!
