Built to keep basements dry 💧

Colphene 3000 from Soprema is a self-adhered waterproofing membrane for foundation walls and other below-grade surfaces. SBS modified bitumen with a peel-and-stick install: peel the film, stick it to the wall, roll it tight.

And the season doesn’t have to stop you. Colphene 3000 comes in a winter formulation that applies from -10 to 10°C, so foundation waterproofing can keep moving right through the cold.

A fresh pour needs to hold its heat to cure strong, and the nights are only getting colder. Our 12’ x 24’ orange curing blankets lock that warmth in and keep the cure going when the temperature drops.

Comfort from floor to roof 🏠

A warm home starts with the envelope. Amvic ICF blocks pour reinforced concrete into continuous EPS insulation, so exterior walls go up strong, tight and energy-efficient, with fewer
cold spots and less air leakage. Down at slab level, AmPex radiant floor panels combine EPS insulation, a vapour barrier and a built-in layout for PEX tubing, sending radiant heat up into the room instead of losing it to the ground.
