This roof looked okay from the outside.
Most do.
But once the old shingles came off, the real condition showed up fast. Damaged decking, weak spots, and areas that needed to be replaced before the new roof system could go on.
That is the part homeowners do not always see from the ground.
A proper roof replacement is not just about making the top layer look new. It is about fixing what is underneath so the home is actually protected.
For this project, we stripped the roof down, replaced the damaged decking, installed new plywood, added proper underlayment, and finished it with a clean new shingle system.
Looks matter.
What is underneath matters more.
