When you contact us for all of your roofing and exterior needs you can consider it done. Our team at Skyline Contracting, take who we are and what we do very seriously. We are not interested in a project, just because we get paid for it, we are much more interested in ensuring that the work we do, adds value to all those surrounding us, our community, our skyline team, and our families. Skyline Contracting was started in 2004. Our passion for the construction industry is the reason we started, and building meaningful relationships is the reason we continue. Originally starting out in repairing cedar shake roofs, the business has broadened it’s horizons to include all things roofing. The company now has several crews and one full-time construction team. One thing has become clear, a company is only as good as the people on it's team. Our core values are positive attitude and hard work, which is the culture of our company.

This role covers property inspections (attics and roofs included), eaves cleaning, and minor repairs — for both property management clients and homeowners. It's an independent, field-based position, and a customer-facing one too, so communication matters just as much as the technical skills.

Last Friday's CCI Golden Horseshoe Conference let us help property managers turn the page on their to-do list and make sure their properties are ready for the next chapter.

One thing that really stood out: property managers are so busy that they remember a lot more face to face than over email. Once we were in front of them, out came the price requests, the "can you take a look at this" and the problems they wanted solved.

Peter Webb was recognized at the event for the longest-serving person there, with 48 years in the condo industry, he co-founded the Property Management Guild. Thank you for all you have done for the industry Peter!
