🔨🏆 THANK YOU, HAMILTON! 🏆🔨

What an incredible day at the 11th Annual Bayfront Builders’ Challenge!

On behalf of THRESHOLD School of Building, we want to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who attended, participated, sponsored, volunteered, donated, and supported this year’s event. Your enthusiasm and generosity helped make the day a tremendous success.

Over the course of just four hours, our talented teams designed and built amazing outdoor furniture and children’s playsets, showcasing creativity, craftsmanship, teamwork, and community spirit. The completed projects were then judged and auctioned, with all proceeds supporting THRESHOLD programming and opportunities for Hamilton youth pursuing careers in the skilled trades.

🏆 Congratulations to True Custom Carpentry, the 2026 Bayfront Builders’ Challenge Champions! Their outstanding build, attention to detail, and craftsmanship earned them this year’s top honour.

A special thank you to all of our competing teams:
• Hamilton Police Association
• Hamilton Burlington Society of Architects
• Hamilton Professional Fire Fighters Association Local 288
• THRESHOLD Alumni – 2025 Winners
• THRESHOLD Ready to Work Participants
• True Custom Carpentry – 2026 Champions 🏆

We would also like to thank everyone who enjoyed our family activities, built birdhouses, got their faces painted, played games, bid in the auction, and supported our vendors throughout the day.

Events like this are only possible because of the incredible support we receive from our community. Together, you are helping create opportunities, build skills, and open doors for young people entering the skilled trades.

Thank you for making the 11th Annual Bayfront Builders’ Challenge one to remember. We look forward to seeing you again next year!
