Every 1960s home has hope 🏠✨ This renovation really opened up this house and gave it a new mid-century modern look while keeping some of its 60s pieces and feeling.

We worked with our client to keep the 60s charm while creating a house that fits his lifestyle 🤝

Underpinning this home is starting to take shape 👇🏠

We’re back at our Burlington renovation with another progress update, this time taking a closer look at how the underpinning process actually works and what’s next.

Underpinning is done in carefully planned sections, working beneath the existing foundation to extend it deeper. Once complete, we’re able to lower the basement floor and create more usable ceiling height and living space, all while supporting the existing home above.
