Steph has a talent for sorting, salvaging, and selling select items that come into our shop. She’s not only part of our donation team but is also one of our local, vintage resellers.

In addition to her love for thrifted goods, Steph is a mother of twins, an experimental home cook, and avid gardener 🌱

Rethinking Recycling! An important part of my business is ensuring I put less in the landfill and repurpose and rehome items back into the community.

After my removal, I work with local resellers, refinishers, and charities to provide a second life to many of your items. This buisness model also provides a lower removal cost to you up front!

Hi 👋🏼 I’m Matt, founder and CEO of Neighbourhood Junk Removal.

So, why junk? When I think back I remember my mother. A single mother of 4, she always knew how to reuse, repurpose, and of course find a good deal. We received helping hands and handouts along the way and second-hand goods were our way of life.

The thought of being able to help move unwanted goods out of one home and repurpose them for another reminds me of these good childhood memories.

Helping out neighbours is engrained at my core, and so I made it a business.

We currently service the greater Toronto / Hamilton area and I personally come to do your free quote, so call or email me anytime.
