100' of stepped pressure treaded "shadowbox" neighbor friendly fence. Completed with 6x6 posts, 2-2x4 horizontal supports, 1-2x6 rain cap and 5'-6' tall alternating fence boards.

Installed 40' of stepped retaining wall ranging 6"-24" in height to accommodate for difference in ground elevation between the two properties. 4" weeping tile covered with 3/4" clear stone was installed behind the retaining wall to drain the water and minimize the hydrostatic pressure on the retaining wall.

This project was completed in 4 days from start to finish!

Over 400 square feet of beautiful multi-level cedar deck with aluminum glass railings by Peak Railblazers!

Redesigned and refinished existing basic builder deck at the first floor level. Installed a new set of stair leading down to the new deck platform and walkout basement area below. Also constructed this one of a kind custom bench around the fire pit, which is the customer's favorite part to hang out and enjoy the deck.

Check out this epic modern looking fence! 160' of horizontal board privacy fence including 3 solid gates! Built with 6x6 posts, 2-2x4 vertical supports to minimize sagging, and 6" wide fence boards placed horizontally on top of each other.
