WE ARE HIRING!

Are you someone looking to grow professionally and learn new valuable skills?

We are seeking a dedicated Tradesperson to join our team. No experience required - as we are seeking motivated individuals interested in learning the masonry craft.

The ideal candidate will be trained in a diverse set of skills in masonry construction, with the ability to build, renovate, and restore various structures. Once trained, this role will require proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, as well as experience in reading blueprints and schematics. The Tradesperson will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

As you advance in your masonry skills, the opportunity for team leadership will be presented to you where graduated pay increases are available.

Upon hiring, the position will start with a week of observation (trial week). If the company owner and yourself feel this position is a good fit for you, you will progress into the next stages of the in-house training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: starting at $25.00 per hour (trial week)

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
