PHASE 1 | INDUSTRIAL DECOMMISSIONING ⚙️🏗️
Just the beginning.
EBM Construction Solutions recently completed the first phase of demolition and decommissioning work at a former industrial manufacturing facility.
This initial phase focused on stripping out extensive process piping, industrial equipment and large storage/process tanks from throughout the facility.
With heavy components, interconnected process systems and restricted working areas, the job called for a combination of careful dismantling, skilled operators and heavy equipment to safely separate, extract and load material for removal.
Phase 1 included:
* Process piping removal
* Process equipment dismantling & removal
* Industrial tank removal
* Heavy equipment handling & extraction
* Material separation
* Loading, hauling & disposal
And we’re not finished yet.
EBM will return to continue the remaining process equipment and infrastructure removal. Once the required demolition permits are in place, the project will move into its next stage, with select buildings on the property coming down.
From precision equipment removal to full-scale structural demolition — there’s a lot more to come from this site.
