🧱❄️ YES, WE STILL DO MASONRY IN THE WINTER! ❄️🧱

Cold nights don’t automatically mean construction has to stop!

At Premium Masonry, we can keep working through the colder months when weather conditions allow.

🌡️ 5°C DURING THE DAY? WE CAN STILL LAY BRICK!

Here’s what many homeowners don’t realize:

✅ Cold overnight temperatures don’t automatically stop us from working the next day.

✅ Mortar typically begins freezing around 0°C to -2°C, depending on the mix. The important thing is keeping the mortar from freezing during installation and while it gains strength.

✅ When daytime temperatures reach 5°C or higher, brickwork can continue with the proper precautions.

✅ We take the necessary steps to protect fresh masonry from freezing overnight, so the mortar can cure properly.

The bottom line? You don’t have to put your masonry project on hold until spring!

As long as conditions are suitable and the proper cold-weather procedures are followed, Premium Masonry can keep building throughout the winter! 💪🧱

🧱 Damaged brick doesn’t always mean a full rebuild.

This Hamilton home had badly deteriorated brickwork that needed some serious attention. We removed the damaged masonry, replaced the brick, and blended the repair into the existing wall for a clean, solid finish.
