What we mean when we say, we want a new house that feels old 🏡🤎

Colour can be more than an accent, it can be the foundation of the entire room

We leaned into color drenching throughout this space, wrapping the primary bedroom and office in a rich green that create a sense of warmth and quiet.

The ensuite takes the mood one step further with deep wine-toned zellige style tiles, adding a touch of old-world European character.

A complete reimagining of the home. ✨

The Main Floor: We flipped the layout to create a more functional flow. Scaling back and remodeling the powder room allows for a wider entryway, while adding a dedicated mudroom and garage to increase storage and decrease clutter. We replaced the original spiral staircase with a timeless traditional staircase, and increased the celing height for an overall grander feel.

Every change was intentional — designed to make the home feel more cohesive, functional, and beautifully suited to everyday life.

Stay tuned for more!

While both staircases made a big impact...

We traded a tight, twisting spiral staircase for a sweeping arched entryway. Wider oak treads, soft curves, this gorgeous arch turns a cramped pinch-point into the focal point of the whole floor. Small change in footprint, massive glow-up in character.
