Here's something many homeowners don't know:

Most inlet pipe sags aren't caused by the pipe itself—they're caused by poor compaction during installation. If soil is simply pushed back into the excavation without compacting it in layers, it will settle over time, leaving the pipe unsupported.

A properly installed septic system isn't just about the tank—it's about the foundation it's sitting on.

👉 If your installer isn't compacting the backfill in lifts, ask them why. It takes more time, but it helps prevent settlement, sagging pipes, and costly repairs down the road.

Breakdowns dont usually happen when your close to town. We take pride in keeping well maintained, good looking equipment. However break downs still happen. Its a delay, a nuisance, and generally costly in not only the repairs, the down time that come with it.

We have owned this machine for 3 years, trouble free. And when we called Mackays in Truro, they jumped and were there parts in hand withen 2 hours. Great service đź‘Ź
