It’s been a slow start to the exterior season this year, but we’re happy to be back at it! ☀️🏡🖌️

Back out to Anne and Larry’s to complete the final phase of their full exterior repaint. We wrapped up as much as possible last season, but with time running short before the weather changed, we had a few finishing touches left to tackle this year.

Looking forward to seeing this project fully completed and protected for years to come! 👌🏻

Another interior refresh complete! Philip and Cathy wanted to brighten up their main living space with a beautiful off-white on the walls and freshly painted ceilings. The result is a clean, fresh look that makes the whole space feel brighter and more welcoming. 🎨🏠👌🏻

Another rental unit completed for Occupy Property Management!

This project included ceiling repainting, full wall repainting, and trim refreshing, all finished in a clean grey throughout the unit to give the space a fresh, modern appearance. 👌🏻

Returning customers Annie and Dale purchased their new home just over a year ago and recently noticed several areas requiring minor repairs due to normal settling, including stress cracks and screw pops on the ceilings and walls. With the help of Daniel, we carefully patched and repaired each area before applying a fresh coat of paint, leaving their home looking seamless and refreshed.

Breanna and Ray are in the process of renovating their first home! With some walls removed the ceiling needing patch work, it was time to repaint the entire main area! With a fresh white on the ceilings and a brighter white on the walls! Only thing left for them to do is the backsplash and trim work! So clean! 🔥👌🏻
