We are excited to share this incredible lakeside retreat. It is so satisfying to return after we finish a build to see the transformation of the landscaping and gardens. The cottage is lived in and loved. The sounds of gentle lapping waves on the shoreline and bird song from the garden serenading us through the open windows.

She’s back from the Rockies and we couldn’t be happier to have Kaitlynne back with the team 🤍⛰️

From client relations and project communications to keeping budgets, forecasting, and all the numbers in line. Kaitlynne is the calm, organized force behind so much of what we do. But beyond that, she’s one of the sweetest people you’ll meet and an absolute joy to have as part of our team.

Welcome home, Kaitlynne. We missed you!!

A covered patio connected directly to the main living space.

Large sliding doors allow the interior and exterior to function as one continuous area through the warmer months.

The wood ceiling continues outside, maintaining material consistency and protection from seasonal weather.

This is functional, considered design that extends usable living space without adding square footage.

16” of insulation, triple-glazed windows, and a super-insulated slab.
Two years of real energy data in hand.
Stay tuned for the results.

Husband. Wife. Business partners.

You’ve met Chris many times - the licensed carpenter and visionary behind CDH Carpentry Ltd. Today, you’re finally meeting Eleanor.

Eleanor keeps the numbers in line, the projects documented, and the brand alive. She’s been quietly working in the background since 2011, all while photographing hundreds of weddings and, more recently, discovering a love for architectural photography.
