My clients asked me to custom make a tile countertop with black walnut edges, install tile backsplash, hood fan and finishing around the windows. I used 1" plywood as a base and support for the overhang. The salvaged black walnut from Chilliwack was custom cut, planned, sanded and finished with Osmo for durability. My clients are very pleased with the results and happy to have the kitchen finished!
