When replacing windows, not every company is the same! Over the past 7 years we have been replacing windows in this condominium. (Usually 25 windows per year). A lot of companies like to slip an insert in and call it done! Sometimes there’s more of a problem than a stiff window. Having a lintel above the window to support the load above is very important. If you have a difficult window with cracks in the mortar above, this could be the problem. We use top quality Canadian made Vinylguard windows and doors with lifetime warranty. Check out this beautiful custom bathroom we finished! Some unique features in this one to accommodate wheelchair access including, a wide pocket door for easy access, as well as a removable shelf under the sink. Over to the curbless  shower side all fixtures and even toilet paper holder are grab bars securely fastened for assistance. Large rain head as well as hand held shower heads. On the other side of the knee wall is a fold down bench as well. Did I mention the heated floors?… always a huge statement!
