Every client has different needs, for Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport they needed a solution for their parking needs that could adapt and grow with them into the future, so for them we designed a 2,518 spot customized version of our Kiwi CarPark system, making it relocatable to adress immediate parking needs with the potential to grow with the airport.

The structure’s panel-and-beam modular design uses galvanized steel and Ultra-High-Performance Concrete (UHPC) precast elements, which are assembled with bolted connections, allowing for disassembly and relocation.

We are exited about this new innovation in our Kiwi Carpark system and looking forward to bringing it to more clients!

Heffner Toyota Vehicle Storage, Ontario.

This open-air, three-storey structure offers 248 vehicle storage spaces, designed with a free-span layout to eliminate obstructive columns and enhance safety.

A steel roof protects vehicles on the top level, ensuring they are shielded from the elements. The structure’s efficient design makes it an ideal solution for inventory storage.

Is your city about to spend millions on a new parking structure?

Before taxpayers accept the headline number, they should be able to ask a few simple questions.

Did the city compare all reasonable construction methods?

Does the budget include long-term maintenance, or just the cost to build?

What is the cost per parking stall?

How efficient is the layout?

Was the project tendered in a way that lets different systems compete fairly?

A parking structure is public infrastructure.

It has to deal with snow, salt, water, freeze-thaw cycles, vehicle traffic, repairs, and decades of use.

So the conversation should not stop at, “How much will it cost to build?”

The better question is, “How much will it cost to own?”
