Called to this customers home for issues with their basement floor drain backing up while doing laundry. Putting the k9-204 to work while keeping an eye on progress with our micron camera. After multiple passes and flushing with hot water we were able to get the line moving again. We will be back to do some additional snaking and then jetting to hopefully get this cast iron line back into decent working condition!
