Where modern meets century — and craftsmanship tells the story. ✨
This project was more than a renovation; it was a full reimagining of a beautiful century home, carefully balancing old-world character with elevated modern design.
Taken right back to the studs, we re-insulated, re-framed, and rebuilt these spaces from the inside out.
The kitchen was designed to make a statement — featuring handmade Amish cabinetry, a built-in fridge, Casta Nova perimeter countertops, a striking TarTufo Vicostone island, and a custom Venetian plaster range hood that anchors the room beautifully. Layered with crown moulding, 4-piece tile, custom baseboards, heated floors, and a farm-style cast iron glazed sink, every detail was intentional.
The bathroom may be smaller in footprint, but it delivers in both function and finish — with a beautifully tiled two-piece floor, subway tiled shower, a half-wall tile detail finished with a chair rail, built-in tiled shelving with a glass partition, and a custom vanity topped in Casta Nova.
In the dining room, we carried the craftsmanship further by refinishing the ceiling with new drywall and adding custom trim details to bring subtle architectural character back into the space.
And like many century homes, the work extended beyond what’s pictured — with numerous repairs and improvements completed throughout to help bring this home back to life.
