Basement Renovation Complete! Big Transformation using some key elements from the existing space. Including the fireplace, and retro radiator. Birch Point Contracting completed a structural framing job for some great people last week. We replaced a beam in the basement, removed the load bearing wall on the main floor and replaced it with a new post and beam opening up the main floor. Birch Point also relocated two stair openings and reframed the upstairs. It was a fantastic job! Thanks Steph and Jen!
