A little late posting this, but last week I picked up the newly branded Groundswork Solutions Inc. truck!

It's exciting to see the brand come to life and another milestone reached as Groundswork Solutions continues to grow.

A huge thank you to Cindy Elliott and the entire team at Effects Signs & Designs Inc. for another outstanding job. I've had the pleasure of working with Cindy for several years, and she has always delivered exceptional quality, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. Once again, she took my vision and turned it into something I'm proud to put on the road.

After a great deal of planning, reflection, and encouragement from family, friends, colleagues, and mentors, I am excited to announce the launch of Groundswork Solutions Inc.

Over the past 20+ years, I have had the privilege of working with incredible people across the construction, infrastructure, industrial, mining, municipal, and commercial sectors. Those experiences have helped shape my approach to leadership, project delivery, quality, and client service, and have ultimately inspired me to take the next step in my professional journey.

Groundswork Solutions Inc. has been established to provide professional project management, construction management, owner's representative services, QA/QC consulting, estimating and tender support, construction consulting, and specialty construction services throughout Northern Ontario.

While there is still work to be done before our official launch, we expect to be fully operational within the next couple of weeks and are actively preparing to support clients and project partners across the region.

I am genuinely excited about this new venture and the opportunity to work alongside organizations, businesses, municipalities, contractors, and fellow professionals to help deliver successful projects and practical solutions. Most importantly, I look forward to creating value, building strong relationships, and helping others achieve their goals through the services we provide.

I would like to thank everyone who has supported me throughout my career and helped make this next chapter possible.
