After a failed attempt by another 'contractor' this building owner called us in to redo their work and complete the rest of the building. Between battling the rain and peeling off their improperly installed blue-skin 🙄 we managed to seal all the cracks they missed, give the foundation a proper coat of tar and installed delta M-S membrane, new weeping tile and plenty of stone for drainage. Backfill and clean-up next, stay tuned for the final product.

Haven't been posting lately, it's been a crazy few weeks (and we're new at keeping up with this social media thing) one thing we're not new at though is foundations... Interior or exterior weeping tile, sump pits, parging. If it involves your foundation we're the one stop call, still a few spots left for this season, book now and have piece of mind for the spring.
