We had to make a return visit to a yard where we recently installed fresh sod… 🌱

The customer was so happy with the new grass, they found the perfect excuse to have us back—they asked us to dig a hole! 😂

This time we planted a beautiful blue spruce and added fresh topsoil to the planter to finish everything off. 🌲

We love coming back to put the final touches on a project, especially when it means making an already great-looking yard even better.

It’s not always about the grind… sometimes you’ve gotta slow down and enjoy the little moments. 😄

Parked the skid steer to load it up on the float, and this little partridge decided I was his new best friend. He followed me around the whole time like he was ready to clock in and help! 🐦🚜

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there!

Whether you’re teaching the kids how to run equipment, fixing things that weren’t broken, or supervising the job from a lawn chair with a coffee in hand—we hope you have a great day.

Today we’re trading excavators for BBQs and gravel for family time.

From all of us at Dilly’s Excavation, thank you to the dads who work hard, provide for their families, and somehow still find time to answer “Dad, can you help me?” 47 times a day.

🐾 From THAT… to THIS! 🚜

The crew at Jolly Boys Kennel wanted a yard that looked as good as their dogs, so we got to work!

A little grading, a lot of gravel, and now the place is looking sharp. No more playing “find the puddle” every time it rains. 😆

This is the final product, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Thanks to Kevin and Steph at Jolly Boys Kennel for trusting Dilly’s Excavation with the project.

The dogs at Jolly Boys Kennels have been supervising this project all day… and let me tell you, they’re tougher inspectors than most customers. 🐶😂

We’re putting the finishing touches on a driveway makeover that’s going to change the whole look of the property.
