Here is a new build/ addition for the fall. We just had the design completed with Design by Bobbi and are going ahead with the permit.. Before we go to structural we like to make sure the customer can see 3D drawings and really visualize what they’re going to get. This is the detail we like putting together for our clients.

This is a very interesting project. The walls are 2 inch solid cedar. So in order to insulate and make it four season, we framed walls around the outside and built a roof on top of the roof in order to get spray foam in all of the areas. . We are taking out the old single-pane sliders and installing new thermal panes.
