Admittedly, we had some questions... until our technician arrived on-site and met the newest tenant. An enormous dock spider. Easily big enough that it should have been paying rentand utilities. Oh and he was acting like it owned the place alright.

After a quick risk assessment, we agreed. The property belonged to the spider now. It was time to pack up, surrender the keys and start fresh somewhere else.

Okay, okay... not really. 😂

Our team calmly handled the eight-legged eviction, completed the generator service and left everything in great working order. The property remains standing.
