Home Sweet Home 🏡 The Dueck Brothers team had the opportunity to rebuild a home in this established neighborhood after a devastating fire last year. Our design team wanted a fresh and up to date look for this traditional style home and went to work to make every area of the home functional and beautiful! Light walls with a feature wall in dining space, charcoal cabinets with terrazzo style laminate countertops, black hardware and black lighting throughout the home. All the Dueck Brothers high standards are included in every home we build, of course!!! We trust there will be many treasured memories made in this new home! A beautiful custom home nestled in the woods 🌲 The Dueck Brothers team had a great time working with this family to create a new home on their acreage.

Our team worked together with them from the very beginning to design, draw house plans and build from start to finish. We would like to thank the trades and suppliers for their expertise and craftsmanship shown in this home.

Building with us means that we work together with the home owner to coordinate servicing, plan the orientation and location on the property and lots of other details to help with an out of town build.

Thank you to this family for once again choosing a Dueck Brothers home (2nd one they have lived in!) We trust there will be so many good times with family and friends in this home!

We all are enjoying the beauty of the hoar frost on the trees and in the air making a “Winter Wonderland”~ please remember to check your MECHANICAL AIR INTAKE VENTS on the outside of your house on these frosty days to ensure they are not plugged so your furnace can function properly! ❄️

So much can change in 20 years! We completed this home in 2004 and enjoyed reconnecting with the homeowner to update their kitchen!

In order to create an open flow through the space we removed the corner pantry, added new flooring, quartz countertops and backsplash, clear finish maple cabinets with display lighting and new appliances including a full fridge and freezer!

We had the pleasure of updating this 15 year old bathroom with a modern style. We added custom cabinetry, a quartz shower, new tile flooring throughout and redesigned the space to fit the needs of these homeowners.

Spring is just around the corner! Can you believe it? ☀️

We’ve been busy doing some spring cleaning around our home and yard!

After the long winter months, it’s important to take time to care of our homes and yards as we move into a new season!

Here are some spring maintenance tips that are specifically tailored to our climate:

🌷 Check your roof and gutters: The weight of heavy snow and ice can cause damage. Inspect them for any signs of wear and tear.

🌷Clear your yard of debris: The snow may have melted, but there may be debris, such as fallen branches or leaves, that need to be cleared from your yard. This will help prevent any damage to your lawn or garden as the weather warms up.

🌷Inspect your windows and doors: Check for any gaps or cracks around your windows and doors. Re-caulk or add weather stripping as needed to help keep the warm air inside and the cold air out!
