Hey . I’m offloading some plumbing parts I’ve had kicking around. If you are interested message or call me for pricing. I’m not looking for anything close to retail, but plumbers should have a general idea of what this is worth. I also have a lot more not pictured.

2012 F-150 Ecoboost FX4

$8000 including GST

Cloth interior
2 sets of tires
2 sets of rims
Winter tires and rims are currently installed.

Regular maintenance was always performed by certified technicians.

Timing chain was replaced last fall
Engine appears to be running well.

Back up sensors appear to have a short as they work sometimes and do not other times.

Back door power locks also at times do not work and need to be manually locked/unlocked.

The canopy has matching locks to the truck
Wooden drawers in the back are removable.
Canopy cost is included in the price. They appear to be worth around $1500-$2000 used. Paid $4000 new for the canopy and install.

About a month ago a new challenge arose and a challenge appears to be something I’ve been attracted to these days.

Today was my first day on a journey to become a plumbing and gas inspector for the city of Grande Prairie. As well as ending my full time career running Smook’s Plumbing.

I am grateful for this opportunity and am excited to learn many new things. Working in the safety codes business is something that I’ve always thought I’d like to do, but honestly wasn’t on my mind at this time in my life. But life is crazy and these opportunities do not come around too often. After a lot of thought and many discussions with Chantelle I applied, interviewed, and accepted the offer.

What does this mean for Smook’s Plumbing? The city has been gracious in letting me continue to keep my business open while I take care of my existing clients and ultimately wind down Smook’s Plumbing on weekends. I will not be working on any new projects within city limits as it would be a conflict of interest and I want to respect each and every plumbing company working in the city.

To all my clients who I’ve served over the last 9 years, thank you. To all my referral partners in BNI, thank you too! You’ve all supported my family and helped build who I am today.

piping has been a topic coming up a lot lately. In the last two weeks I’ve had 3 calls where a home owners home has had water damage due to failing Poly B water lines. If you have this grey tubing in your home or you know someone who has this in their home I can come give quotes on replacing these pipes with an approved and insured PEX tubing and fittings.

Did you know that Rinnai water heaters will not warranty their product is you haven’t been doing regular maintenance on them? Tankless ( on demand ) water heater manufacturers say they should be cleaned every 9 months. I recommend that if you have well water. If you live on city water I recommend not going longer than 2 years. Call to book yours today. 780-814-3496

Wood fired boiler for a residential house. This boiler is being used to heat the in floor heating for the living space and garage. It also pre heats the water going into the water heater through a heat exchanger so the water heater uses minimal power. This cannot be the primary heat for the house, so the house also has a furnace to heat it in case you’re away from the house and cannot stoke the fire.
