A little local work followed by a quick road trip! 🚛🎨

We started off in Grande Prairie getting some fresh directional arrows and crosswalks down, then packed up and hit the road for a quick trip to Lac La Biche to complete some fresh line painting and accessible markings at UFA.

Didn’t get a ton of pictures from the road trip, but we got the work done! 👊

Back-to-School Line Painting Complete!

Black Diamond Asphalt Maintenance was busy getting school parking lots and traffic areas refreshed and ready for the new school year.

From parking stalls and accessible spaces to crosswalks, arrows, hatching and traffic markings, our goal is simple: clean, visible markings that help keep parking lots organized and safe.

Preventative maintenance goes a long way.

We recently completed some preventative crack sealing at Market Manor.

The parking lot is still in good overall condition, with only a handful of minor cracks beginning to develop. This is exactly the right time to address them. Sealing cracks early helps prevent water from penetrating the pavement, where moisture and freeze-thaw cycles can cause cracks to expand and lead to more costly deterioration.

With brand-new asphalt, this project involved laying out the parking area from scratch — measuring and marking the stalls, accessible and visitor parking, and completing the final line painting to give the property a clean, professional finish.

We recently had the opportunity to complete the line painting for the new parking area at Home Hardware, helping give the front of the store a clean, polished finish and a clear parking layout for customers.
