The competition here in Grande Prairie, Alberta installed this navian boiler and this control wiring for it. The other guys didn't even use zone thermostats and because of that they wouldn't work so the home owner had to remove a wire from a terminal from this navian boiler everytime they needed the heat turned off. Anything like chocolate had to be stored in the refrigerator to prevent melting on the day to day. Years of this for the poor people and all my competitors that came to look at the work kept ghosting the customer. There are now 6 corroded zone valves but i was able to get one running off a N/C zone stat today offering the home controlled heat for now. I have an 8 zone controller ordered. My plumber ordered the new valves. In a couple weeks it'll all be like new. Customer is exstatic.
Note that this boiler and control system was installed only 5 yrs ago. I run into these kinds of things every day and have for decades now around here. Just call the right electricians the first time. Midwest Electric!
