What a busy summer its been, with no time to share whats been happening this is one of the many projects completed this summer. Started with a beam being used as a rim board that was kicking out after we took care of that and stopped the 1 pile from heaving kicking everything out. From there it was stamped concrete and a set of stairs so the homeowners had access from the upstairs to the backyard. Another great one for the books. Recent basement that was finished started out as just studs, from there we insulated exterior walls, put up vapour barrier, moved ducting runs, sound proofed floor joists to level above. Installed drywall, mud, tape and sanding along with trim and doors sprayed, painted all walls, cielings and textured cielings. Put in all vinyl plank flooring, trim and refreshed stairs with new nosings and matching vinyl plank. If you're needing work completed in your house reach out today! This bathroom was a great project from start to finish. From getting rid of all the old dry rot behind and underneath the old shower. To replacing all the old copper lines with fresh new pex lines and an uber tile walled membrane, and shower pan with curb underneath, and behind the new tiled shower. Moving the vanity into a recessed section of wall to give more space in the bathroom. Along with adding two potlights and a plug that was missing in the original one. Recently finished up this 2 week project for a wonderful client. Replaced carpets and laminate with luxury vinyl plank. Repainted the entire upper living quarters cielings, walls and all the trim and doors.
