The true cost of a detailing package isn't the invoice price—it’s the risk of a field fix.
In this 3D model of a modular house frame, everything looks correct at a glance. However, a technical review revealed that two short bolts had been stacked directly inside each other.
While the viewer shows a finished connection, the Bolt Report is wrong. It would have generated an order for the wrong quantities, leading to a complete work stoppage on a remote site in the Northwest Territories where these frames were shipped.
It serves as a reminder of the immense trust we allocate to a detailer. When we hire a detailing partner, we aren't just buying drawings; we are trusting them to catch the issues on the screen so we don't have to solve them in the field. 📐
