Air BnB rental property - consisted of new flooring throughout, updated doors and trim, bathroom vanities, complete kitchen re-design. Client put some very nice final touches and staging for air bnb. all in all it was a very successful project.

Smith Bathroom renovation
This bathroom was not set up for a tub/shower and had a lot of waisted space, the vanity wall was only 20in and the toilet was not set properly in the room. a complete rough-in for tub/shower was installed, the existing vanity wall was demolished and reframed to accommodate a 31in vanity and gained 5 more inches in depth in the process. The existing light was relocated while adding an additional light in the shower ( moisture certified fixture and GFI protected). the toilet was relocated to its proper code measurements and distance off the wall. A 3 piece tub was installed due to access into the home and bathroom - the door and jamb had to be removed and reinstalled, trim was added around the tub to finish off the look, ceiling was reconfigured to accommodate the final layout, and a fresh coat of paint and flooring where installed.

This transformation was a great investment for there current home and will ensure a more profitable return when selling in the future...

It was a pleasure giving my clients a new space that they could love while providing more functionality in there home. 1💖

Country Farmhouse Complete Renovation and Property Restoration

This Project was a blessing to be involved in and I truly treated it like it was my own…in fact there where definitely times where I couldn’t help but find myself imagining living there….
All colors and design were finished directly by S4B Contracting.

The number one thing on any home is Grading, grading, grading…hence
Foundation – excavated and fixed structural concern, then completed full perimeter re-grade. Installed new spray on weatherproofing and spray foamed entire basement. We also install a French drain around the perimeter of the home to protect from major storms and winter run off. Property was sloped towards house from main entrance.

Exterior – Home: Painted all green window capping white, and utilized existing vertical white siding, soffits and fascia to minimize costs $. Installed new door capping, front door insert and installed a premium colored viny siding. We removed gazebo and installed new railings on the rear deck, flipped the stair location on the front steps and closed in base and added railings. Quonset: complete reface with new cladding, board and batten base for ground contact along with installing the same premium siding. Added missing eavestrough and proper downspouts alongside performing proper maintenance and repairs. Garage: reclaimed the existing siding off the house to reface the rear wall of the garage, prepped and painted 3 coats.

Interior – Kitchen and Bathroom complete renovations, removed the closed in front entry walls and tied back into existing areas. Installed all new doors and trim, Complete full repaint including ceilings. Installed a glue down vinyl floor throughout for maximum durability and easy future repairs if required. Electrical: replaced all plugs and switches, relocated living room sconces and added a vanity light, we also ensured entire electrical was thoroughly inspected and safe by a qualified technician.

Basement – in addition to the foundation work. Complete tear out of existing, added electrical to code and drywalled ready for stage 2 construction.

There was also extensive clean up required on the entire property and in the end this place went from Night to Day in its transformation.
